Creating an account, joining a team and following matches costs nothing. You pay with the G-Coins in your wallet: creating a team, entering it into competitions with an entry fee, the Card and whatever you buy in the shop. G-Coins are bought with money and can only be spent on Gollero; they cannot be exchanged back. 1 G-Coin = 5 Kz.
Payments are only made on the website
Topping up your wallet and any other cash payment is done on www.gollero.com, on a computer or in your phone’s browser. The Gollero apps do not take payments, because of the app stores’ rules. The G-Coins you top up on the website stay in your account and can be spent on the website and in the apps.
Where you pay and where you spend
On the website: top up
Sign in at www.gollero.com and open “Top up”. It is the only place where money goes into your wallet.
On the website and in the apps: spend
With a balance in your wallet you enter your team, join pickup games, buy the Card or shop — on the website or in the app, with the same account.
One wallet
There is only one balance. What you top up on the website shows up in the app straight away, and what you spend in the app comes off on the website.
The Multicaixa reference is not connected yet
In “Top up”, top-ups by reference show as “coming soon”: the banks do not accept them yet. Until the connection is ready, to top up talk to the Gollero team or the ambassador in your area.
Top up your wallet by reference
In “Top up”, on your profile. You choose how many G-Coins you want — between 100 G-Coins (500 Kz) and 50 000 G-Coins (250 000 Kz) per slip — and pay the equivalent in kwanzas.
1 · Choose how many G-Coins
Tap one of the suggested amounts or type your own. You see straight away how much you pay in kwanzas. Then tap “Generate reference”.
2 · Keep the slip
You get the entity, the nine-digit reference, the amount in kwanzas and the G-Coins you will receive. The slip is valid for 72 hours; the countdown is on screen.
3 · Pay, once the connection is ready
In online banking, your bank’s app or at an ATM: Payments → Payment by reference, with the exact entity, reference and amount. For now the bank still declines it.
4 · Your G-Coins arrive on their own
As soon as the bank confirms, the G-Coins land in your wallet and you get a notification. You do not have to tell anyone.
Slips, deadlines and refunds
What happens when the reference expires?
After 72 hours the slip is marked “Expired” and the bank no longer accepts it. You are not charged anything — an unpaid slip does not touch your balance. In the “Top up” history there is a “Generate the same again” button, for the same amount.
I generated a slip and no longer want it.
Tap “Cancel”. A cancelled slip cannot be paid and costs nothing. If you change your mind, “Generate the same again” makes a new one.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are not reversed on their own: if you were charged by mistake (a duplicate purchase, a rejected entry), write to us through the Help page (topic “Refunds”) and tell us what it was and when. Every transaction is in your wallet history, and an accepted refund shows up there like any other transaction.
Other ways to get a balance
Gift card
A GOLLERO-XXXX-XXXX code someone gave you. Redeem it in your wallet or in “My cards” and the amount goes in immediately.
Playing and predictions
Prizes from the daily streak, challenges and predictions go into your wallet in G-Coins. Mini-games are free and down to luck, and give pass points, never G-Coins.

If you have one, enter it before you confirm. The discount applies once, to the final amount.
3 · Confirm
Before charging, we tell you how much you pay and what you are left with. If it is not enough, “Top up” appears.
