Gollero is operated by Epsylon Dev (trading as Epsylon), NIF 5000509442, with its registered office in Camama, Condª Austin, Luanda, Angola, represented by Okusindja Rodrigues de Almeida (Co-Fundador/CTO).

2. Who may use Gollero
Gollero is intended for amateur football players, teams, competition organisers and referees. A valid email address is required to create an account.
Minors should only use the platform with the knowledge of the person who holds parental responsibility for them.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done through your account.
Your public profile shows your name, photo, position, team and match statistics. We do not publish your email address or your wallet details.
You can download your data at any time, free of charge, from your profile, and delete your account whenever you like (/apagar-conta).
4. Content you publish
When you upload a photo, a crest or any other content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and you allow Gollero to show it on the pages where it belongs.
We remove content that is offensive, infringes the rights of others or impersonates another person or club.
5. Competitions and results
Results, standings and statistics are recorded by competition organisers. Gollero provides the tools, but whoever records the information is responsible for its accuracy.
An organiser may correct the match report of a game that has already finished. When that happens, the affected standings and statistics are recalculated.
6. Payments
Some services are paid for, and the price is always shown before you confirm. Payments are made with the G-Coins in your wallet. G-Coins are bought with money and can only be spent on Gollero; they cannot be exchanged back. 1 G-Coin = 5 Kz.
A service that has already been provided — a team created, an entry accepted — is not refundable. If something went wrong, write to us through the Help page (topic “Refunds”): every request is reviewed by a person.
7. Safety and conduct
Harassing, threatening or discriminating against other users is not allowed, and neither is fixing results. You can report behaviour through the Help page (topic “Safety and conduct”).
We may suspend an account that uses the platform to rig results, harass other users or get around payments. Whenever possible we warn you first and explain why.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Angola. Nothing in them takes away the rights that the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer.
9. Changes
These terms may change as the platform evolves. Significant changes are announced on the platform before they take effect.
